2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 3 to 5 business days within the United States

  • 5 to 10 business days for international deliveries

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods (such as holidays, promotions, or customs delays).


3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
This link allows you to follow your package in real time, from dispatch to delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $49 USD.
Below this amount, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

There are no hidden fees — the total cost is always displayed before payment validation.


5. Delays & Delivery Issues

We do our best to meet the announced delivery times.
However, CalmiSkin™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Transportation disruptions (strikes, weather conditions, customs)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

6. Undelivered Packages
