In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error originates from CalmiSkin™.
