Return & Refund Policy – CalmiSkin™

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83)

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal — no justification required.

This right applies to all products sold on calmiskin.com, except for:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital products

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and unopened

  • Returned with complete packaging, including any accessories or manuals

Items that are incomplete, damaged, or visibly used cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product).


3. Refund Process

Once the returned package is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the returned products within 10 business days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Example: A credit card payment will be refunded directly to the same card.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, simply include this request in your return email.
We will process your exchange depending on availability.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order, CalmiSkin™ will cover all return and reshipping costs.
You may choose between:

  • An immediate replacement, or

  • A full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, in compliance with consumer protection regulations:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
